Opportunity Radar

Terms of Use

These terms set the ground rules for using Opportunity Radar and its candidate alerts.

Effective August 4, 2026

Acceptance and optional accounts

By creating an account or using Opportunity Radar, you agree to these terms and acknowledge the Privacy Policy. If you use the service for an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind it. Do not use the service if you cannot legally agree to these terms.

Public opportunity browsing does not require an account. If you choose member features, provide accurate information, use an email account you control, and promptly tell us about suspected unauthorized access. You are responsible for activity conducted through your authenticated session.

What Opportunity Radar provides

Opportunity Radar uses FSC's proprietary market intelligence to organize selected, publicly posted professional openings and link to an employer's official posting. It is a market resource, not an application portal, employment agency agreement, or promise of an interview or job. Unless expressly stated, FSC may not represent the employer and a listed employer is not necessarily an FSC client.

Openings can change or close after verification. The employer's official posting controls, and applications happen directly with the employer. You are responsible for evaluating an opportunity and information requested by an external site.

The public inventory is intentionally bounded to candidate-safe fields and may not include every employer, opening, or market event. Browsing access does not grant a right to bulk extraction, automated collection, republication, or use of FSC's organization and intelligence to create a competing service.

You may contact FSC for candidate or job-search support. That support is separate from the employer's application and does not create an employer relationship, guarantee representation, or change who controls the posting.

Member features and résumés

An account is required only for member features such as saving or tracking opportunities, creating alerts, and managing email preferences. These features may change during the beta. You can continue to browse the public inventory without registering.

This beta does not collect, accept, parse, or store résumés, and it does not provide résumé matching. Do not upload or send a résumé through Opportunity Radar. If a future release adds résumé tools, FSC will provide new disclosures and choices before collecting that information.

Alerts and email choices

You may ask us to email saved-search alerts and may separately opt in to the FSC Job Market Brief. You can change these choices through available account controls or eligible unsubscribe links. Account creation and alert consent do not enroll you in the newsletter; the Job Market Brief requires its own optional consent. We may still send transactional messages needed for sign-in, account security, preference confirmation, or service administration.

Acceptable use

You may use Opportunity Radar for lawful personal or internal career research. You may not:

  • scrape, crawl, harvest, enumerate, download in bulk, or systematically extract the service or its data;
  • use automated agents, bots, or AI tools to access protected areas without our written permission;
  • republish, resell, sublicense, or create a competing dataset or service from Opportunity Radar;
  • bypass authentication, rate limits, bot controls, or other access restrictions;
  • probe for vulnerabilities, interfere with operation, or access another person's account;
  • submit false information, create abusive accounts, or use the service unlawfully; or
  • misrepresent an employer's relationship with FSC or use FSC branding without permission.

Human-directed accessibility tools and ordinary browser features are welcome; this restriction targets unauthorized extraction and abusive automation.

Ownership and feedback

Opportunity Radar's design, organization, original summaries, branding, software, and other FSC-created material are owned by FSC or its licensors. Employer names, job facts, and linked materials may belong to their respective owners. These terms grant only a limited, revocable right to use the service as described here.

If you send suggestions, you allow FSC to use them without restriction or compensation, while you retain ownership of information that is otherwise yours.

Availability and account action

We may change, pause, or discontinue features and may suspend or terminate access that creates security risk, violates these terms, or threatens the service or others. You may stop using the service at any time and may request account deletion, subject to reasonable retention described in the Privacy Policy.

Disclaimers and limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Opportunity Radar is provided “as is” and “as available.” FSC does not guarantee that every listing is complete, current, suitable, available, or error-free, or that use will lead to employment.

To the extent permitted by law, FSC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost data, profits, opportunities, or goodwill arising from use of the service. Rights that cannot be waived under applicable law remain unaffected.

Governing law and changes

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arkansas, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Before filing a claim, you and FSC agree to try in good faith to resolve it by contacting the other party. Applicable mandatory rights and jurisdiction rules are not displaced.

We may update these terms as Opportunity Radar changes. Revised terms will show a new effective date, and we will provide additional notice when appropriate. Your continued use after updated terms take effect means you accept them.
